What do you say on obs. feedback forms?

I mean when SLT give your obs. form back to you to sign.

Have you ever used the feedback bit to say what you think or do you always write something neutral? Would it make any difference to future observations?

I intend this as a friendly question. I know that in reality I'd like to photocopy my bum and glue it to the obs. form before handing it back. Sadly.I'm a grown up so can't.

Are the forms just so that you have a copy or can they be used to record how it could work better for you?

Does that make sense?
