Not a teacher so no idea how I've ended up in this topic but my word, the reviews of this book are spectacular.

I used to work in the library at the DfES (as was)...now they don't have a library - I think this says quite a lot.

Wouldn't it be lovely if every school were to receive a copy as a Christmas gift?

Of course, you'd need a rota so everyone gets a turn at reading it, or each school could hold readings at lunch time so all the staff could benefit at once...
