For a slight promotion. Didn't think anyone else was going for it as it's not a popular role but 3 other people are. Now I have to prepare for an interview and wear horrible, hot interview clothes.
Think I stand an ok chance but two of the other candidates already have responsibility points. Wish me luck.

Argh. Over thinking now. Made far too many mistakes in interview, don't think my enthusiasm came across enough and I don't think I sold myself enough.
