I am considering accepting a 'bank' position supporting distance learners undertaking FE courses in healthcare. I am an experienced nurse and have several years experience with learners on placement within community and hospital settings. Anyone out there with any type of experience in distance learning support or any experiences of undertaking distance learning- good or bad greatfully received.
