The litter tray

Where's my baby cat? :(

I have 4. Little tabby is the only one that wasn't a rescue.... Sort of... I rescued her pregnant mum and kept her as well.

I've not seen her since Thursday morning.

All the cats are in and out and I don't normally notice but I realised last night she wasn't about and I've called her today and still no tabby baby (well she's 4 but she's always my baby)

I've called her and walked the streets and gone to the neighbours, but no tabby baby....

What can I do?

Pop notes through your neighbours' doors asking them to check garages and sheds.

I've lost a cat 3 times (2 different cats) and one was in the empty house next door and the other returned thin, scruffy and hungry after a 2 week period in summer (twice).

I also helped rescue another cat from an empty property - the frantic owner said she'd been missing for 3 weeks.

Is she chipped - call the chip company and report and speak to the local vets/ shelters to see if a stray has been handed in.

(and by neighbours I mean anyone in your road and about 3-4 roads over. Cats wander)

She is chipped and neutered. She hasn't wandered in 4 years Hmm she always stays in the garden or the shed or at most down the street. I feel sick.

So sorry Hurr1cane I hope you find her soon, the waiting & not knowing is dreadful

My cat went missing for 3 days earlier this year and it was an awful time

I notified everyone, microchip company, vet, put flyers through doors etc etc...it made me feel a bit better at the time because I was doing what I could...

She's back BrewBrewBrewBrewBrew

Just walked the streets again shouting her and when I came back she was sat on my fence looking at me like 'WTF do you even want?'

Great stuff - but not the slightest show of penitence?

No. She's currently stuffing her face though so she must be starving. She usually just eats in little bits. I keep going over to fuss her and she's just like 'what on earth is your problem?'

Horrible little meany. She could have at least ran into my open arms and had a big cuddle or something. It's like she thinks I'm just her servant and have no right to know where she is at all times

Lucky you! What a happy ending. My baby boy has been missing since Wednesday. We put a picture on our vets Facebook page and they had a couple of calls to say that they had seen a dead cat by the side of the road three streets over matching. We went to see and there was no body. We can only hope but it's fading. I think he's gone and I'm heartbroken.

Oh no that's terrible Hmm I hope it wasn't him!

DP thinks she could have got herself locked in someone's shed or something. She has the worlds quietest meow so no one would hear her asking to be let out Hmm

Hurr1cane so glad you have a happy ending

CarbonRod hoping the cat wasn't yours & you also have good news soon

Carbon Thinking of you. Is he chipped? If they end up with the council after being collected from the side of the road then they do scan them.

Hopefully he'll trot back in through the door wondering what all the fuss was about.

Thanks girls. Nothing yet. He's chipped alright so we're hoping that he'll turn up somewhere. Not very hopeful now, it's been a week tomorrow.
