Cat ill after being having worming treatment

Hello, I'm not sure whether it is a co-incidence but we gave our cat Bob Martin Spot-On de-worming solution (dabbed on neck) and within 24 hours he started throwing up and has diarrhoea. It's the first time we have administered this and usually ask the vet to give him a Drontal tablet. We have witnessed him being sick twice and he has also had diarrhoea two times in the past 24 hours. Has anyone else experienced this and any ideas of whether there is anything we should do? This is the first time he has been ill. Advice would be appreciated.
Thank you! :)

It contains praziquantel and diarrhoea is a common side effect of this drug. It is present in drontal, but at lower doses.

Take him to a vet asap, Bob Martins is awful, awful stuff and shouldn't be used on any animals (please don't google).
If he was mine I'd sleep in the same room and keep a real close eye on him and would 100% take him to the vet in the morning.

Please don use bob martin products again, they nearly killed my colleagues kitten.

I'd get the cat to the vet today, he must feel really poorly. If it has poisoned him he needs treatment.

Google Bob Martins OP and you'll never use the stuff again - hope your poor cat recovers soon though xxx
