Direct line pet insurance, good or not, better than More than or Pet Plan??

Sorry am banging on about this but feel a huge responsibility to get the right one!!

When we took our cat for her first check up with the vet he said he wasn't going to recommend a particular company but that we should go with a specialist pet insurers because the non-specialists were a pain to get money out of. I think he was trying to tell us to go with Pet Plan without actually naming them.
