The litter tray

My cat is missing :(

Haven't seen him since Monday night. His brother is crying for him and the kids are so upset.

Have called local animal rescues and local vets and nothing :(

I'm hoping that he is just locked in a shed or he is doing the typical Tom thing and stalking a cat in heat (do neutered toms do that).

Oh Leggo I feel your pain, my girl is also missing. I would recommend posting a pic on twitter and facebook , as then it gets circulated quickly
Fingers crossed our moggies will be home soon

Oh no. Are they chipped?
Try popping round to neighbours. Could they have got in a shed/garage?

Oh no, it's so horrible Flowers
Mine went missing a couple of years ago - he hadn't been himself for a couple of days then vanished. We feared the worst but he turned up after a few days, turned out he had a massive abcess but he was ok after a trip to the vets. My friend also had one vanish then reappear after a few days, absolutely fine. Hope he comes home soon

Yes he's chipped. We have a huge allotment at the back with sheds and also some garages nearby. Have had a little wander calling for him, just have looked a bit crazed. Nothing :(

I just keep picturing him out in the cold.

Great news! They are little terrors at times, aren't they?

OMG. I love a happy ending. Phew. Smile

I had a sad start to the week (thread on litter tray somewhere) so I appreciate a good news story this week. x

I saw your thread Sparkling and couldn't read it past the few first posts in case my at had met the same ending. How is your neighbour now?

She's okay Leggo thanks. Still a bit teary when talking about it. She says she still expects the little cat to appear through the catflap at any minute. Sad

Having them come back, or finding them whatever the sad circumstances is better than the horrible feeling of not knowing I think.

Wonderful news Leggo.

Had this with both my cats when they were younger. Such a thrill when they turn up.

There are always so many lost cat notices where I live and it's always good when you see a little smiley face on the notice saying they've come back.

That's great news. Let's hope the other missing cat on this board turns up soon too.

I agree pigDOfly: it's so nice to see notices that say they've been found. Whenever I put up posters/notices I always stick a banner across them when my cat has been found to let people know. For a start it stops the phone calls and secondly people just like to know.
