yesterday we went to cats protection to get 2 kittens and ended up bring back the mum too - she's been with us a day and we still don't know what to call her! She's only about 1, beautiful black and white
Any ideas?

Scratch Fury

Countess Violet Elizabeth de Fuzzybum, guardion of the scarves (The front fell off a drawer and she used to sleep on my scarves), she was a foster cat who has now been rehomed and is probably known as Violet.

Annie von Akk

Atticus (Maybe Atticusa) or Harper for a link to Scout.

Akela - again linked to Scout

Maria as in TiaMaria

I believe rescue cats should have good names because they have had a hard time so the least you can do id give them a good name.

Maybe

Lady Maria Harper Akala of fuzzyness, cleaner of kittens

How old are the kittens? Because mum usually turfs them out at 4-5 months iirc and I don't want you thinking she's turned into a she devil, our mum cat and kitten eventually settled down.

Flossie
Rosa
Harley(quinn)
Perdita (punn and a historical reference!)

well I liked Harper and Harley but apparently the moment has passed - she is officially Meg, boys refusing to budge now! but thanks for suggestions, banked for future cats

fluffy kittens 13 weeks, how do you mean Mum turfs them out?

Also with new cats how long did you keep them in?
