I want to take my severely autistic son wild camping. I'm thinking of getting him a backpacking tent for his birthday. I tried him out with a few at Go Outdoors, he wasn't keen on ones that you enter through the front (???) but seemed happy with the Vango banshee 300. Any other suggestions?? I'm happy to buy a vango but am keen to look around.
Lightweight prob important (suspect I'll be carrying most of it). Easy to put up (I'll be doing that!) and needs to be reasonably robust as we'll be on Dartmoor in the main.
Any suggestions very much welcomed :)
