Climbing with my 5yo in or near Bucks

I want to do some more things with my DS that he enjoys and after visiting the lake district over Easter where we did some climbing I was hoping there might be something similar near to us.

In the lakes we visited Wast Water which is a lake surrounded by grassy hills with rocks in them so it was really fun walking a bit and then scaling the rocks, it also felt safe as it wasn't purely rocks and as DS is 5 he still has a tendency to fall over sometimes.

Does anyone know of anywhere near Bucks that might have something similar?
