My 5 year old daughter wants to go on a 'night walk' with a friend, who is coming over for a playdate after school on Friday.
She says that this will involve walking with torches in the dark and toasting marshmallows over a fire. That's fine - we have some torches and glowsticks, and will rig up a barbecue in a bucket for the marshmallows.
But what else can we do? What is there to see during a night time walk in a medium sized town? We can't walk too far because her 3 year old brother will be with us too. We can look at the stars and point out constellations, but otherwise I am all out of ideas! Any suggestions gratefully received!
