Mink, water vole or rat?

View the footprints on my profile (hope you can all zoom in!) and cast a vote if you would. There were lots of these on the river bank. I have my thoughts, but I'll save them and see what people think. It was in an area with widespread waterways, and there were reputed to be otters, although they clearly arent otter tracks.
