Ahh I felt just like that back in sept when we got our pup and we just took it all in our stride. And we have had so much fun despite the hard week.

Enjoy and let us know how he is settling.

I'm afraid I haven't the foggiest how to do photos but so far so good. She's ate all her meals she's on predominately raw so ill carry on and move to all raw over next few weeks. I slept with her ( I lie she slept I lay awake all night apart from the last 90min ish) in the kitchen and she went from 10.45 to 5.45 when she made it plain she wanted the loo and she bombed it to the door were the poo started coming out but most was done outside(sorry tmi), Id say 60% of her toileting is outside which I'm happy with and my 8&10 year olds are listening to me and behaving appropriately with her, so so far its all good I even managed to get all my ironing done while she napped earlier. It would be great if I could get a bit more sleep tonight but that may be asking too much

Aw. I remember those first days - our pooch was c 7 months or so. He slept in a crate from word go - I would thoroughly rec doing the same. I slept on sofa for first 5 days or so (pooch in kitchen) and each night got better as he settled. Exhausting but we got there v quickly.

Good idea not to change food as they do tend to get upset tummies when they move homes. best of luck and enjoy!

Hi paddy I totally agree her set up is a crate within a pen the crate door is permanently open and the pen door is closed when needed at some point soon ill start gradually closing the crate door but she's ok in it she mostly slept in it last night and I've just put her in now as she started to nap on a mat in the living room which she likes as she napped on that earlier which was how I managed to do the ironing I really should have put her in the crate too but then again I really needed to get the uniforms ironed so i couldnt risk disturbing her
