I've got a 5 month old lab pup. He's great if a little prolific in the pooping department.
I've got friends who have dogs too. Naice people but I've been interested to see that they don't always pick up the poop because they say it's not necessary.
Their dogs did their business in the roots of a tree on a suburban street, in the grass on a hill leading down to a lake in the country - a place where families come to play, walk, picnic etc and in the area of school grounds where the school had dumped old computers, footballs and the like ready to be taken to the dump. Metres away from where kids play.
I was because I just don't think dog crap should be left anywhere someone might come across it or am I being precious?

If your dog poops, you pick it up - right?
