We are getting a female dog in 2 weeks and need a name for her. The name she has now is too awful to keep (I won't say it as it might out me)

I used to know a girl with 2 chuiwawas (sp), both bitches called Shed and Dave. Once I got past the 
I thought they were quite good names, when you would expect them to be called fluffy or tinkerbell etc!

Is she a rescue? If so it might be easier to keep the name similar in sound to her current name and slowly change it. My aunt had to do that with a big butch dog they took in called Bambi! He wasn't a Bambi 
. They changed it to Bandy, as in Bandit so the dog recognised it but it wasn't so camp!

Our rescue lurcher is called Jess (or Jessica Catherine Louise if she's being naughty

Mine is Lolly - or Lola, she was a show girl.
We also have a Mischka, a Pip, a magic (madge) and gizzy.
