Watched a film called Ladder-49 last night and I'm still thinking about it.
It was about firmen in america and for a change there was no plastic boobs, enlarged sixpacks and egos. It was a complete down to earth film of a situation one fireman gets into and his memorys as he's in the situation of his life. I just wanted to tell someone as its touched me. The actors in it are john travolta and the likes. I would strongly reccommend it!!!! Brought home to me how important my family is to me! Just wanted to share that with someone

Wow about your dad being a fireman. Does thta mean you grew up around firemen?

I have a new appreciation of firemen. I mean I knew what they did was dangerous but that film has made me realise that their lives are!! at risk everytime they go out to a fire and I really admire for it!
