How Clean is Your Home - should come with health warning

I'm probably the only saddo in the universe who watches this, but how bad was that man's flat last night? When they were in the kitchen they peeled some icky stuff off the oven & then found something so disgusting, I actually retched. Never done that before watching tv!!!
The whole flat was worse than anything I could have ever imagined but the kitchen was soooooooooooooooo bad.

I felt the same. You wonder how people can live like that. My dh and I watched that and 'you are what you eat' and by the end of it will felt completely stressed out!
