New presenters are Mica Paris and Lisa Butcher (who??????????????). New series starts on Thurs.

I'm not sure it will work. Trinny and Susannah were WNTW. The last series was a bit of a flop from what I saw (usually I love it), so I get the feeling it's a case of the BBC trying to flog us another dead horse. I think it would've been better for them to stop making it altogether.

there was a documentary about T&S the other day on channel 5 and they said it was all put together by stylists anyway, not really their own work. i do like T&S though, don't think new presenters would get away with all the boob grabbing they used to do or whipping someones knickers off because they had vpl.

She might have thought she had a big arse but to the rest of us she just looked very slim all over. Just goes to show that you can have a so-called 'perfect' body and still have hang-ups about it. I bet even Kate Moss has something that she doesn't like.

Not sure the new presenters of WNTW will work - look what happened, for instance, when Carole Smiley (or however you spell the name!) left Changing Rooms; it was a total disaster! No matter how hard successors try, the original presenters will always be associated with shows that have a relatively short shelf life.

Lisa Butcher was terrible on the first series of UK's Next Top Model. Very flat and with no personality at all coming across. [Or... ummm... so I hear from people who watched it. Obviously I'm far too highbrow ]

Anyone see Trinny and Susannah on Parkinson at the weekend? Not sure about their new programme. Relationship therapy for couples, via revamping their wardrobes, by the sounds of it.

Helen Mirren had it spot on though. She's fed up of people telling her what to wear and she said she's dubious of programmes like that masquerading as 'therapy', but she can understand how relationships go downhill when one or both sides lose their sense of identity and a change of dress style can help with re-discovering your identity.

ginmummy, I didn't see this but saw quite a bit of the old T&S stuff and do honestly think that although I love the way Trinny looks, all willowy and fab hair, it is true that she has no tits and quite a big bum and disproportionately large hips. Makes me feel better about my lack of hips and disproportionately large tits

Should add I have no sense of style though

Mica Paris though? she's a musician? They should have chosen someone like Hilary Alexander (although I'm not that much of a fan at least she has personality and knows a bit about clothes)
