Oh, I have a very eclectic shite taste in tv. Thank god for sky plus. I'm watching In the Club, a The History of our Streets, Real Housewives, Ray Donovan and Masters of Sex!

It's a fictionalised dramatisation of the relationship between Masters and Johnson, who revolutionised sex research. As it is set in the changing times of fifties/sixties America, it covers a lot about society, the role of women, attitudes and clothes etc.

Great acting, laughter and pathos. Good drama, basically.

The baby's father was eminently punchable. I admired Dr Masters' restraint.

Feels a bit like we are treading water at the moment. I hope the plot gets moving this week.

I thought the last episode was great - yes it was slow, but for me it really was all about understanding the characters as people, and exploring the dynamics between them, both sexually and otherwise. Gripping!

Tbh I found it too slow and also can't see what she sees in him. Why can't he be so hot in bed with his wife? He really annoys me.

No I don't see what she sees in him either. He is not really attractive at all, is mostly mean to her, and fervently denies they are in any sort of relationship.

Why has his wife started bullying Coral (the maid)? She started off getting on really well with her. Poor girl - leave her alone!
