Ow.
ow, ow, ow.
Opened the floodgates.
haven't cried like that for a while.
Thought it was really well done.
Very true to life.
They've done their research. It shows.
Commendable.
And heartbreaking.

I thought it was well done too although I have no personal experience. I thought of you and Lottie whilst I was watching it Thomcat and wondered if you were watching it too.

Arrr, how lovely that you thought of us.
Yes, caught it accidently, but glad i did.
Hurts to rememeber that 'she's not my baby' moment.
That's why I changed her name. She was never going to be a lOttie but I had to start all over agin with the names. She wasn't the baby I had planned so therefore all the planned names were no good, they had to go. Charlotte / Lottie was never on the list and we had a very differnt name planned. But then we had a very different baby planned as well.

4 years on from that momen, and although she is exhausting, hard work, stubborn, tiring, demanding, strong willed, cheeky etc, she's also utterly fabulous, in-between, and I adore her and am so happy and so, so proud.

Never felt the rejection that Honey is feeling but could relate to an awful lot of it, the shock the not my baby, or baby I had planned, so much.

Very well done.

I think they'll be a few more tears from me in the coming weeks.

Re: research, TC. I haven't watched Eastenders for years but my Mum was talking about it this afternoon - she watched something (don't know what) where the consultant for the Down's Syndrome storyline was interviewed. His youngest son is called Stan and has Down's Syndrome. Stan started school this week - like Lottie
