Anyone else watch?

Yet another new era dawns for the school with a recovering alcoholic the 'head teacher of choice'.

I sense drama unfolding!

I do and I LOVE it. I'm devastated that everyone seems to be leaving though! I wish some of the kids would leave instead. Connor drives me mad with his wetness and Imogen is a right pain!

Barry Barry has to be possibly the worst 'hard man' ever.

Agree re:Connor/Imogen. Love Kevin though, so sweet!

Aw lovely Kevin. Although the Jeremy Kyle type story isn't something I'm looking forward to... PS what made Lorraine change her mind about the council taking over? I blinked and missed what happened.

Well, Michael bedazzled her with a whizzy PowerPoint presentation, showing all the 'kids-dun-good' from the school. Then, the icing on the cake was a slide showing a young Lorraine who came from an estate. It fair brought a tear to my eye!

I think Christine looks like she will make a good head, am looking forward to the ensuing dramas!

The Jezza Kyle thing was superb, with a great backstory to Kevin's life...bless 'im :)

And here comes the 'appointed' Deputy Head that absolutely nobody knew about.

Who do you reckon will get off with whom this term then?

Looks like Christine and the MFL teacher have history...

And yy to the new deputy haha!

I loved the Deputy's line, 'Didn't the Council let you know?'

I though it was a 'free' school?

It seems like just a few weeks ago (it probably was) that Christine was getting drunk in the classroom, getting police cautions covering for her arsonist son, yet here she is the new headteacher!

Enjoyable rubbish Grin

oodpi, Tom the deputy is dead. He fell from the roof whilst trying to talk Kyle Stack out of jumping.

Brought a teat to my eye, so it did!

I'm surprised they didn't whip out his kidney for Grantley's benefit.

I think Grantly wasn't ready. Would have been nice for his organs to have been donated.
Never mind. They'll have forgotten him next term.

I watched this week's episode. The acting was atrocious wasn't it. When Tom fell off the roof, he was somehow all in one piece and able to talk, despite landing on his back.... And presumably hitting his head??

I love Waterloo Road in a car crash sort of way. It's so bad it's brilliant!
