I need to discuss this episode in great detail!! Can someone who has seen it please comment on what you think is the best bit? Also did you think it was very sad?

prison break was fab - watched all four series - a tad unreal in places but never the less fab viewing

I only watched the last episode yesterday, it's taken me this long to catch up with this thread.

I liked it, well, some bits got me wound up, some got me all tense. Couldn't Andrea have been a bit damn quicker with the pliers fgs?!

Norman, Norman, why such an awful name? <disappointed in you face>

Wishing we didn't have to wait soo long for more TWD. Have started Revolution but not sold at all.

PIL have lent us Prison Break which may see me through the summer - lots of fit men taking their tops off as far as i can see so far!

NoHank Sat 20-Apr-13 22:16:13

I thought about giving revolution a go but haven't even watched the first one yet

Land of the dead is on itv 4 now, might have to give it a go to get my zombie fix grin

I was in waterstones today and saw a book called The road to woodBury, wished I'd picked it up now. Anyone read it?

I'm even missing the music!

susiedaisy Sat 20-Apr-13 20:01:06

I'm trying to like Revolution and Being Human USA but they're just not cutting it!!

NoHank Sat 20-Apr-13 19:58:25

Me too, roll on October

susiedaisy Sat 20-Apr-13 14:30:56

God I'm missing TWD!!hmm

CheerfulYank Sat 13-Apr-13 16:06:14

I say we blame Helena instead! grin

I watched the Law and Order: SVU episode with Norman in it last night. He was a rock star with greasy hair and was decidedly not Daryl, so not as attractive.

Whenever I see the baby's name written down, in my head it sounds like this: minGUS reeDUS

With loooooads of emphasis on the 'us' parts. I didn't even realise for a while that it had ming in it. But now it is like a double whammy.

It is a spectacularly cruel name.

SilverSky Sat 13-Apr-13 15:33:32

I really don't understand why you'd do that to a tiny baby?

limitedperiodonly Sat 13-Apr-13 15:25:26

Mingus is just so awful, especially when combined with Reedus. What were they thinking? If afraid I do judge Norman for that.

CheerfulYank Fri 12-Apr-13 22:57:12

I've always hoped so, but whenever either of his parents talk about him they always refer to his full name.

Grim.

SilverSky Fri 12-Apr-13 22:56:03

Random thought, Norman's son will have the nn Gus. Surely.

susiedaisy Fri 12-Apr-13 21:18:02

It's the constant running through the woods that would finish me off, I was never any good at cross country at school!! 400 yards and I'd be buggered!

starsandunicorns Fri 12-Apr-13 16:30:35

grin @ Lpo

We would it make it a quick kill. Though if you werent too damaged we could catch you and have at the front of the group to ward off zombies.

You would be very useful.
^ though that honor may have some takers with me and dp already ie the crap noisy neigbour next door^

NoHank Fri 12-Apr-13 16:23:23

I think I'd be better at stabbing than whacking (why does that sound rude?) I don't have much upper body strength so wouldn't probably deliver a killing blow but I think I could manage a decent overhead stabbing motion with a nice sharp hunting dagger - do they sell those at B & Q?

Maybe we could provide limited with some roller skates or a motorised scooter, that way you could keep going for longer and lead the zombies further away. We would be eternally grateful and sing songs about you and everything

ladyjadie Fri 12-Apr-13 16:16:02

grin at zomblie

You got it. Then ill nip back to Woodbury for a brandy, it'll have been a tough day grin

limitedperiodonly Fri 12-Apr-13 16:08:05

I'm not very fast on my feet now so there should be no trouble outrunning me as a zombie.

I would appreciate being shot in the head when I wasn't expecting it before being left as zombie bait though. Or perhaps just a hefty whack with a spade, you heartless bastards.

We'd feed her up first, should keep them busy for a while

Blondeshavemorefun Fri 12-Apr-13 15:41:14

but then lpo would be going after us

so basically if when everyone dies they are going to turn into a zomblie then thats what there are so many, so will they ever stop ............

Lpo would you offer your services as human zombie decoy? So while theyrebusy chasing you the rest of us nip out and leg it? After all you've already decided you won't last long.

Coconutty Fri 12-Apr-13 14:54:49

I would quite enjoy smashing the walkers heads in, especially if they were trying to kill my family.

I have decided that my weapon of choice would be a cricket bat.

I only scored 54% on the 'would you survive a zombie apocalypse' quiz though so may not be the best person to hang out with.

limitedperiodonly Fri 12-Apr-13 14:52:39

Good skill cheerfulyank

A nurse at the blood donation unit told me that I bled the fastest of any person she'd ever met.

Again, I don't really see myself surviving this.

CheerfulYank Fri 12-Apr-13 14:42:32

Oooh, I have thought of another skill!

My doctor said I gave birth more quietly than almost anyone she'd ever seen. grin So if I were in great pain of some sort I wouldn't scream and draw walkers.

coreny Fri 12-Apr-13 11:35:08

Shane put a bed in front of rick's hospital door.
It's a little known fact that zombies can't move hospital beds -a useful tip for any impending zombie apocalypse.
