Since when did the Disney Channels come "free" on Sky ?

Just noticed we can get Playhouse and Disney Channel (but not Disney Movies ), but haven't paid the £5 extra it used to cost. Any other recent changes ?

its 'free' if you have the top dollar package. Always has been.

Don't know about sky but Telewest have put disney in their Supreme package as you can't buy it seperatly anymore. Something to do with their new Cinemagic channel.

It does happen from time to time. You get one of the Pay channels for a day or even a few hours for free. Not sure why but have known it to happen before. We always end up with some dodgy football or sport one though :(

NTL have also added disney and playhouse to there family pack.

They are free on our Sky right now too - just Disney Channel and Playhouse Disney.

Disney channels (except movie one) are now free if you subscribe to the childrens package.I discovered by accident saturday that had them.Then monday saw advert saying about it. DD happy now because can watch pooh bear.

Just seen an ad - they are included in the Kids Mix although I'm not sure what mix we have now !

yes they apperared over the weekend i think. dd1 accused me of lying to her as i said we didnt have the disney channels

Monday morning dd1 got up and put the tv on when I asked her what she was watching and she told my Disney i told her not to be so stupid we don't pay for that so I checked and contacted sky.
They told me that it had been put on to the family package at no extra cost, but why not tell me in the first place.

OMG!! I had no idea we had this back via Telewest! I've been telling DS2 we don't have it anymore (lost it when we cancelled the movie channels)

Apparently film four is going to be free soon too. I think it's next month.
