I thought that the little 7 year old boy (Daniel?) is a bright spark, he really knows which buttons to press - but he's SO aggressive! saying he wanted to kill the non- chewing boy......

and did you see its custard and toffee flavours

was so pleased when they just ignored him and he ate a chip .. felt like shrieking .. see its not difficult is it?

feel sorry for the 20 year old with young kids .. how can she treat a 2.5 year old like that .. and she feels embarrassed playing with them

our jaws dropped at sparkly hairband mum last night and her lack of play and thinking the 2.5 yr old was sarcastic. we were cheering tanya by the end of their chat. she is so constructive and persistent in the face of a very slow learner there. to be extremely polite.

i really wanted to scoop the poppets up and love them silly. i hope mum does too by end of week. very interested to see how far she gets.

I get the impression she was never played with and has probably never seen play and so has absolutely no idea what to do.

The sarcastic thing was jaw dropping and so sad.

My dh is in love with Tanya and is thinking of faking a sleep problem with ds/dd so he can go on Tiny Tearaways and 'find Tanya sitting on his bed'.

Mine too! He's been searching the boys behaviour trying to find something that he can go on HOTT with!! lol

Sparkly hairband woman has a whingier voice than non-chewing boy.

i felt for that 20 year old mum actually. when i had ds i loathed mums who did the baby talk thing with their kids and i didnt really know how to play either. it is very much to do with your own parents. my mum never played. i dont remember one instance. not one. i hadnt got a clue how to speak to ds or how to act, maybe thats why he has such an old head on his shoulders at times?

strangely though, 6 years later when i had dd i found i was totally different, what was alien to me then comes very naturally now and i dont care if i look like a clown in front of other people. i think it has a lot to do with self confidence.

I love this programme but can't always get to see it. What was with the mum thinking her dd was being sarcastic??? I didn't see this bit. Can someone fill me in?

Tanya does not shrink from telling people when they need telling. The mum said she found it difficult to stay still in the bedroom when she was waiting for the girls to settle. Tanya just told her she would have to learn to do it !

i wonder what those aggressive boy's home life is like. All that fighting, strangling and pulling of hair - DH thinks there must have been domestic violence in the past - He also worships Tanya

I missed all these until last night, but felt really emotional at the end for the way Tanya turned the stroppy mum around.

If only she could do this for all the other women who have never had love in their lives, and their children .
