We've lost Cbeebies - HELP!

For some strange reason (and I'm hoping a v simple one that my technical know-how isn't up to...) the Cbeebies channel on our digibox has suddenly gone to 'audio' only - no pictures. As you can imagine, this is causing huge concern in the bee household.
I've re-loaded all the channels twice now, and everything else is fine (except BBC4, which is also audio only), but we can still only hear Postman Pat et al, which is v upsetting for my obsessive ds.....
Anyone got any ideas? Please?

It was 31 and is now 71, so the channel (I think) is fine. I didn't check the leads as everything else was working, but I'll do that now....thank you....

Right, I turned it off, unplugged everything, plugged it all in again and turned it on, and I think we have success. I can now see the 'Cbeebies will start again at the crack of dawn' text thing. Do you think that means it is working?!

Thank you Hoxtonchick, and all you others (and incidentally the unplug turn off/turn on trick is how I fix every problem with my computer as well, so you're not alone )

We've got this problem too, but ours is only pictures, but no sound. I've tried retuning it twice but to no success. Did you get it working in the end? My dd is getting rather frantic as it has been this way for 10 days now!

No! When I tried it this morning it was the same - sound but no picture, and we've been busy today so haven't got round to investigating further.

Dh apparently thinks he knows what the problem is (in a sort of "Leave it to me, love" way), but he hasn't touched it yet, or explained what he thinks the problem is.

I can't decide if having no cbeebies is rather liberating, or just a PITA.....

Will try again tomorrow, and let you know.
