Thankfully my kids are much more socialised than any of the kids i have seen so far, but their diet could be really improved as could my socialising .

Watched one of these with my children and they were enthralled! They want to go on it so they can see how they'll look at 40 but I've flatly refused!

They all tackle the body and mind, a big part of the programme is diet but also things like their likelyhood to smoke, the amount and type of activities they do etc.

I found it hard to comprehend a father who couldn't manage to tellhis son's that he loved them everyday or even everyweek. He said i don't even say it to my wife .

Dh and me say it constantly. Lots of hugs and kisses too, DS age 8yrs has started objecting to kisses in the playground though, although he will kiss me on the check though apparantly this is OK.
