Is anyone watching this on BBC3? I know the Saturday night show has been slated but I've been watching the 30 minute series on everyday. The woman who climbs hills with her husband is really irritaing me. Don't know why but she's all organic and her attitude (and his) just annoy me, they sound a bit up themselves. Really like the Asian family and the 2 younger couples though

I know what you mean. I'm just waiting to see what kind of birth she has.

I can just imagine him hypnobirthing her and she'scraming out for pain relief! I guess we all imagine a smooth birth it's just that my birth plan went out the window. we should really wish them the best of luck.

That other man really annoys me the one who's partner was on that fairy walk yesterday he seems very selfish and i nearly choked on my cup of tea in one of the earlier episodes when he said when they first met and he saw her he thought he was more attractive than her and that they weren'r really suited lookswise he really needs a mirror! I love Ellis and jade but like you organic couple annoy me note to him some men should not wear vests! Oh and i love shakeal (spelling?) he is a brilliant father and made me laugh the other night when he was up at 5 in the morning just watching his sleeping daughter awwww.

HE is having a baby, my arse! Right up there with 'we're pregnant'. I'm nearly 28 weeks along now, and 'we're pregnant' is b*ll()ks!

Edodgy, is that fella who was an only-child and now resents it that his heavily pregnant wife can't go for long walks with him? He's a git.

I don't know the one you mean on the fairy walk. I like Jade and Ellis but they are soo young. The Irish (?) guy with twins I think is very near the knuckle

lol at Ellis thinkign that after the epidural he would have time to go home and have a shower And all those people waiting around in the hospital. I only allowed my parents to visit me in hospital. In-laws were banned!!

I've been watching it fatihfully every night, but went out last night to the cinema, and got DH to promise faithfully he'd video for me - and he videoed the wrong bloody channel. Am so cross
The organic couple (ie he's an IT consultant so can afford the lifestyle) are really irritating, but they are compulsive viewing! They're not going to use nappies, but will learn to read the baby's body language to predict when he/she (actually they've had Poppi so it's a she) will need to go. LOVE IT!!!!!!

I've been watching this. Found the pair from Norwich, Stephen and Clare amusing - lots of the baby should be in it's own room so it learns to be independent etc - I think they will find it all a big shock!

has anyone been watching it for the last few days? I keep missing it as it's on earlier on BBC3 now..
Has anyone else had their baby yet?
Has Jade had her baby?
Also, what about the organic couple? Also the driving instructor and his wife??

Jade and the organic couple have had their babies now. Jade and her bloke are lovely. The organic couple didn't get the birth they wanted but they still seem incredibly smug about everything! imo

I saw him outside the maternity unit phoning people. Does anyone know why they transfered to hospital in the end? It's just bugging me and I need to know!

she didn't dilate anymore past 9 centimetres so they went in for an epidural I think

saw bits of this, the couple I find most annoying are the driving instructor one, largely because the woman said and I quote 'women who put the babies in their bedrooms rather than in a nursery from day one are lazy'. Hmmmmmmmmmm!!!For a first time mum, I think she is really rude about other mothers and clearly knows nothing! I hope for her sake that no mothers in local playgroups saw this piece.

The driving instructor one (Steve) is my dh's driving instructor!! Cue the odd cancelled lesson (braxton hicks!) and knowledge that he's giving up work when baby arrives. dh thinks it's his cue to give up learning to drive.

it's the last episode of this tomorrow. Did anyone see tonights? I pmsl at some of the things Claire's dp said whilst she was in labour. Like when she said 'it's the worst pain ever' and he said 'even worse than your ear ache' And how bored he was etc. But he did seem genuinely touched by the end. Hope all the couples stay together - 2 of them were only together about 12 weeks before getting pregnant. And Ellis admitting he used to do coke - hope he doesn't get a ring from the police for that. Think my fav couple was the actor and also Ellis and Jade cos Jade was really funny.
