Old advert jingles - how many can you remember?

Prompted by standing in a queue at the post office whilst staring at a chocolate display a tiny voice inside my head whispered ....

"who knows the secret of the black magic box?"

Made me think of loads of others that the good old marketing folk left in my poor brainwashed head.

"I won't let the munchkins munch your jaffa cakes"

"Even chewier than a 60 storey block of flats"

"Fit the best, fit Everest"

"Mitchells self drive, where people come first (and come back again) - we're on the back of Yellow Pages"

"It's cozy fits from paddi, the elasticated nappy, they shouldn't leak, they're fantastique"

I could go on for hours and I don't even watch that much telly

Cresta - it's frothy, man.

The one I can remember, and everyone always thinks I'm barking because they can't remember it, is an advert for pilchards where the pilchard sings "Why must I be a pilchard in love" to the tune of "Why must I be a teenager in love".

How about:

You can't get better than a Quick Fit fitter. We're the ones you trust

(or something like that)

A Mars a day helps you work, rest and plaaaay (and, still singing the tune, get really fat wobbly thighs but its sooo good you don't give a damn).

So much better than the forgettable and crappy Pleasure you can't Measure....

Opal Fruits, aaaahhh. Much better than Starburst, who the hell ever called them that. I'm a creature of habit who loves vintage! And one who is gonna be late for school pick up if she doesn't get her wobbly thighs in the car....

TTTRRRRRIIIIIIOOOOOOOO

Take a biscuit that's no bigger than a button
take some raisins that were lazing in the sun
take yourself some mellow milky chocolate
take a Tiffin taste them all in one

Had a bri-nylon nightie and my big brother had pjs and we loved whipping them off over our heads at speed in the dark just to watch the flash of light you get! Safe I'm sure.
