I notice this film is on tonight. Does anyone know if it's any good? I'm reading the book atm.

my mil wanted to see it for ages. When she finally got round to watching it, she wished she hadn't bothered!

You could always watch the start of it and if it doens't seem any good, turn it over.

'Vomit galore'

I haven't got too far with the book, but have just read a part where they're all sleeping on a flea infested mattress.

It's a cheery little story really...

Ah the book is one of my most favourite of all time and i have read it over and over and over.
Im always disapointed by the film versions of books.
The only film i thought was good was the shining having read the book.

I loved the book and the sequel 'Tis, but thought the film was good too. Didn't watch it again last night though.

I missed the ending of the film because it was on too late. What happened?
