My DN is 16 and suffering with hormones/PMS in addition to exam stress. Am hoping someone will be able to advise on herbal remedies to help her through this. Please don't advise GP at this time as she would rather go down alternative remedies to start with. Does anyone have positive experiences to help her?

I've always suffered from PMS. What works for me is healthy diet, exercise and drinking lots of water as well as taken vitamin supplements - especially iron, B vitamins and zinc. And yoga helps cope with stress generally.

If I stop this regime, the PMS comes back. If only I could also persuade my own dd to do this - her hormonal fury is driving us all bonkers at the moment!
