Seriously! I used to go to bed at half nine, then ten, then half ten, 11, 11.30, now it's hitting midnight before I'm remotely sleepy!
Is this a normal teen thing, and will it go away? I love to sleep and hate feeling tired but I'm stuck with not being tired til late, then not getting as good a sleep, then feeling all bleugh!
