12yo being a brat

I swear my dd's moods are getting worse. Its ds's birthday tomorrow and he has his friend over for a sleepover tonight and we're taking a few friends out tomorrow (inc dd). Since we have come in from school she has displayed nothing but brat behaviour from switching the tv onto a rock music programme and playing it v loud to barging into her brother's room and starting to throw stuff around looking for a CD which admittedly he did nick about 4 months ago.The tv is currently in the dining room and she insisted on having rock music on loud whilst the 3 of them were trying to eat (i switched it off). Now she is saying she isnt coming tomorrow. Im really at the end of my tether with her now. In addition to the above she was completely rude and ignorant to her grandparents when they called in earlier to give ds his birthday present (giving her £10 too - which they do for ds when its dd's birthday as well).

I think she should have to endure an earnest lecture about how selfish she's been followed by a phonecall to her grandparents to apologise and a face to face apology to her brother.

If she doesn't cooperate take the tenner away until she can behave.

she came but really tried to put her mark on the day by showing her db up. She has been most humble today. I feel its the green eyed monster
