Watch out for multicoloured pooh Grin

I gave my hogs betroot ( the leaves are poisonous so if you do give it, chop them off)

My GP2 loved them, but did lovely aubergine coloured poohs.

Then I gave them salad with shredded beetroot. GP1 did lovely pinky wee (I saw it being ejected. I was Confused )

Now if you were asking that of LittlePig I would seriously have to think....however - BigPig aka Angel pig Wink wouldn't ever steal Ribena (or other blackcurrant flavour cordials) Grin

My GP1 has been doing some rather worrying coloured pee (and of course I had to Google/go on GP forums)

Not orange. No blood. No straining. No shrieking. No hunched up appearance. Lively, happy, eating well. Pee smells ,well, like boar pee.

But peach coloured Confused

I narrowed it down to the red and orange peppers that he'd been scoffing (good for boars bladders and Vit C rich).

After 36 hours without, he's done a cloudy white wee (relief)

Hi Bonkey- I used to pig sit a friends 3 girls and they adored pepper, even the green variety, mine turned their noses up at all colours. They also had very strange coloured wee, and they weed alot I seem to remember - just shows how quickly they can be affected!!! - Did the pumpkin have the same results? Glad he is back to normal and eagerly awaiting the next food experiment!:)
