They agreed to refund/credit me a pair of unworn jeans returned after almost 9 months, which were too small ( diet didn't work!)
They have also refunded to my credit card within 2 days 3 dresses I posted back.

Ahem I disagree based on my last purchase, ordered a cute baby tshirt as a present, they sent the wrong size. So I sent it back for an exchange - same top, but right size please.

Nothing happened. Rang them 3-4 weeks later to see where the replacement was - Oh we have refunded, there is nothing on its way.

Was mostly cross because the chap I spoke didn't even apologise. So I ordered the same item again. It came in the right size, wrong design At which point I thought fuck it, I give up.

Have only sent 1 thing back before and that went fine, so I was very surprised.

But I do get lots of compliments on my skirt - the one from this winter with huge purple spots on

well, the sent me the wrong cashmere cardi 3x last season- the cardis were in the wrong bags so the packet/ bar code said 1 thing but the item was something else!

In the end they had to "hadn pick it" gave me £20 off and I already had 20% off with preview.

If you complain in a polite way they usually offer something.

They are fabulous - I bought a metallic satchel, the buckle fell off and they immediately posted out a new bag - no quibbles. Was impressed.

i sent a jumer back after having it for months as i had hardly worn it and it was all bobbly. They refunded me which i thought was great in fact im thinking of doing the same again with another jumper. That doesnt say much for the quality though

Well, dS's winter coat fell apart after 7/8 months, and I emailed them to say I wasn't happy.
boden emailed back to offer a replacement or a refund, which never happened, and then I was told by telephone, that they would send me a returns label to return it for a half refund.



I just sewed it up very badly my self, as most places had stopped selling winter coats, even though it was still cold. Will be going to Gap next for next winters coat.
