Forehead wrinkles

I can't believe I'm starting a wrinkles thread. I'm 29 for a few weeks and they have appeared from nowhere.

Just looked in the mirror and noticed deep forehead furrows. I know the last few weeks/months have been stressful but I have suddenly aged

Is it a case of once they are there, they are there to stay, or will moisturising/eating right etc help???

I want to look yoofly.

I have lost quite a bit of weight quickly too (breastfeeding results have done the sudden kicking in thing, lost half a stone without trying), will that have had an effect?

That's what I'd have if I didn't have a flippin cowslick.

Eek! I look freaky with a fringe.

So old... or freak...

Sleep and moisturising every single fucking day and night will help.

Weight loss does NOT help. It's face or arse once you get to 30.

Am the same age as you, and have forehead wrinkles AND a cheek crease - just the one.

My 4 year old niece said sweetly to me last time we saw her

"Aunty NC, what are all those wiggly lines on your forehead?"
I explained that they were wrinkles and that she didn't have them because you get them as you get older. She then said "my mummy doesn't have them".

Gah.

Am 36, though have actually had wrinkles on forehead for yonks. I blame my vivacious and lively facial expressions

Actually, I blame doing this too often.

MN gave me wrinkles.

once you have wrinkles they are there to stay - moisuturiser won't do anything.

botox or a facelift is the only guranteed way of smoothing them out - sorry!

Facial massage is quite good too.

I'm also in favour of a hydrating mask - if there's no one about I top it up all day so basically your forehead is sitting in moisture all day

The only things which will help deep brow furrows are Botox, an Endoscopic Brow Lift or certain Hyaluronic Acid Fillers. Try also to keep out of the sun to avoid further damage.
