Packing challenge - business trip with meetings and dinners

OK so I am away on business next week - all very unexpected as my colleague has had to pull out.

I have 5 days of meetings, dinners, lunches, breakfasts, and two formal events thrown in

I am fine for the formal events as have 2 nice dresses

What should I pack for the rest? How many outfits will I need for 5 days? Do I need to wear something different every day? (I am slightly concerned about being fresh and presentable since I will be on trains a lot in between)

I don't currently have a suit - was planning on dresses with jacket or nice cardi

Any suggestions? TIA
