is this dress suitable for work?

M&S slinky dress I'm a teacher, but mostly office based. Its a good fit, lovely heavy fabric but a bit shiny - and I usually wear a trouser suit so have no confidence in wearing a dress anywhere

Absolutely - it looks good and really comfortable (and I wear skirts/dresses to work every day!)

Looks lovely! You can add so many things to jazz it up a bit: pearls, brooch, chunky coloured beads (not all at once).

Think I might buy one myself!
