Snap! but thats what three kids do to your middle, I eat healthy and walk loads but nothing shifts the wobble.

I think we should make it the "new" accessory!

that would be good labour, it would look nice accessorised with some sort of belly necklace

i think only liposuction could really work

It's happening naturally because you are naturally eating too much- there are no fat, wobbly bellies in part of Africa.

oh belly necklace can you imagine!

I might go on the next Britains Go Talent as mine is quite fine!

Are you serious peony?
My belly will always wobble, even if I get right down to a size 8. It's called having children

BB- I am half serious- i have had 2 DCS and am inmy 50s and as long as I lose the 3lbs round mt belly which I am trying very hard to do, it won't wobble. Fat wobbles, slack muscle wobbles, but both can be sorted. Try some tummy exercises.

Try these- done 3 sets of 8 today and my belly hurts- so must be doing some good.

If exercise hurts, you are doing it wrong.

no pain, no gain has been proved to be crap.

Fat and muscle can be sorted, but saggy skin after pregnancy or weight gain doesn't ping back for everyone.

Wot BOF said. Some of it will be stretched skin, which will do nothing even with diet and exercise. And if you're as unlucky as me, as well you may have completely separated rectii muscles from pregnancy also which can tight up, but will never rejoin.

Sorry.

it doesn't matter how thin I am I will always have a kangaroo pouch...I oft considered putting on some weight to see if it looks better
purplepeony skin that has stretched too much doesn't return and lots of women in Africa have this problem

Sure, stretched skin won't shrink back. If you have a pouch then the knife is the only answer.
But I don't think that is what the OP was describing.

Muscles can/do hurt after exercising- what happens is that minute tears are created in the muscle fibres by using them and as the body repairs them the muscle grows and becomes stronger.

I had a personal trainer for a while and she told me that muscle pain sometimes happens 2-3 days after exercise- everyone is different.

I say stop stressing over the barrel jeep it'll get better or worse with time

I'm happy with my pouch and have no intention to go under the knife...ta for the suggestion though purple...it's my mothering memento

I was fine up to having 3 children, then I had a fourth, nd my belly has never been the same since. I am a size 12, but have a size 14 tummy on a good day.
