Christmas list luxury items-what's on yours?

I am writing my Christmas list and want to put some luxury items on it!

I am thinking of some fingerless cashmere gloves.

I also want some classic black high heels - expensive ones which make me feel gorgeous (I can dream!).

I have been admiring the chunky snood style scarf things some women are wearing but haven't seen any yet.

I'd like some cosy slippers.

I'd like some slinky underwear and some slinky nightwear.

I've been looking at the Hush website but am not sure what I'd like from there.

What's on your Christmas list that I can feel about and put on mine?

Jo Malone candles, Jo Malone everything in fact if this is a wish list..
Also would love a new book reader thingy - am an absolute fan of the printed word but do see the benefits of e reader - bath, travel, heavy heavy books etc.
Ummmm think that would tick the boxes for a start!

Hey LTEC - you've mentioned them before and I was hoping you might pop by and let me know where they were from. Will find code and set him on the right track. Thank you.

I've also ditched cosy slippers in favour of knee-length, chunky cashmere socks from Brora in a scrummy shade of damson ... gorgeous. And they keep more than just your feet warm!!

Happy birthday to your sis btw (early)

The socks sound interesting & I have a Brora catalogue but are they not a bit slippy? I have a dd who loves cuddling her mama all the time which makes me worry about slippy feet.

Thanks for greetings. I'm very excited but still so much to organise. Not least my party dress - am thinking green but haven't seen anything yet.

Zara have those chunky snood things

The slippers from Celtic Sheepskin at £42 are the best thing in the universe

Louboutin plain black patent high heels - they had some for £420 on the Outnet this week

Nightwear - there is a lovely plain grey nightshirt on the John Lewis website which I am going to be buying this week for £25, think its bamboo

Luxury stuff I want? I'm getting it (a stack of Alex Monroe rings for my anniversary and Christmas combined)

Jigsaw also have a snood - see here. Far more stylish than the balaclave I was contemplating last winter.

Balaclava I mean. Sorry I am preoccupied with inserting missed 'H's into all my posts (DS ripped off the H key) so I forget to preview.

I don't know what some of the things on your list are jemart. What's a VIP bag liner?

Thanks for snood advice-never thought we'd be using that word again. I think I had a snood on my Christmas list 20 years ago!

I've always wanted a Jo Malone candle and am going to look for one to put on my Christmas list now. I think I might also ask for somethings from Space NK. Their packaging makes me feel happy.

What a good idea. I recycle the plastic bags that loads of dd's things seem to come in but they're much posher.

Stressed- it's a bag within a bag kind of thing. So when you change handbags (to match your outfit, like) you don't have to worry about leaving things behind - you just pull out the liner and stick it, and contents, in next bag.

mm - you must get Louboutins if you want a classic black heel, I got a pair of Very Noeuds in black satin last year (can't link at mo, will try later) and they are truly divine. Over £400 but it's not like you're going to do it every week, right?

I would love a pair & am thinking along those lines. I haven't seen any I like yet though have only looked at a few. Any suggestions for good sites?
