clinique split personality

So while wondering around neatest big town looking for skin solutions inspiration I had a look at the Clinique counter.
I have red rosy cheeks and nose due to love of red wine and curry, also have sun spots and pigmentation due to hangover relief walks with dog on beach.
Clinique offers a 'redness solution' OR 'even better skin discoloration corrector'
Anyone tried any of them and where the hell should I start as I apear to have all the problems.
Lovely lady on the counter was way too busy nattering to elizabeth ardern for me to bother asking.
