Cat Deeley's tunic/dress

Did anyone watch "The One Show" on Friday, Cat Deeley was wearing a stunning tunic (it could have been a dress or a top, couldn't see as she was sitting down) It was black with beautiful embroidered yolk and similar edging around edges of slightly puffed sleeves. Anyone know where it might be from?
