Dull question - do Boden trousers come up big?

I'm a size 10 - do I need an 8? I don't want to cough up such a lot of money to get two sizes and have to send one back, but can't decide which to go for...

Thanks for help!

depends on the trews. the sailor trousers are HUGH but others are tiny. i have one pair size 12 i can't get into, one pair i squeeze into and one pair comfie/too big.

I see... thought this might be difficult. I want straightforward cords and classic bootcut jeans...

I find Boden is usually true to size on trousers.

Or at least I hope so otherwise my new straightleg jeans (currently winging their way Tulpe-ward) are going back!

One thing I would look out for is that they can appear/feel quite tight on first wearing. I am an 8 and I bought the cropped straightleg trousers in the summer - ordering both 8 and 10 - and ummed and aahed over whether I needed to keep the 8 (which were a little snug) or the 10 (which needed tailoring to fit as were a little too big). Decided to keep the 8 in a fit of "oooh I will slim into them". Glad I did as 1 hour into wear they were beautifully comfy.

Brill - just ordered two pairs of size 10s. Excited! Thanks Tulpe.

depends on the cut- most of mine are a 10 but I had to get a 12 in the cropped jeans this summer as they were all very small- I ordered a size up as I read the reviews first.

Suggest you read the product reviews and also look carefully at the garment measurements which give info re. the front and back rise and waist measurements.
