I've always had pretty fast deliveries from them (couple of days) but I know I've read bad things about them on here - particularly last Christmas, iirc.

Did you do it online? You couod try ringing with your order and see if a real person can shed any light on it.

they are utter cunts

your order date is the 12th Never because they can only send your order when they have all of it to hand, not send stuff as it comes in like normal people.

so they lie and lie and lie, and then you cancel the order and complain, nad they say we're very sorry, we'll send you some voucher and they fucking don't.

dickheads.

Henceforth you look online and then phone your local m&s and get them to get it in stock and then you go and collect it.

do NOT listen to them, they are fibbing fibby fibbers.

and cutns, obvously.

Have only ordered online once - fairly recent for school stuff - they gave a date 2 weeks away and then it actually only took one week. So I thought twas okay. I guess as Xmas approaches I will treat with caution.
