Oh yeah, the slutty top? throw it on and you have an outfit? I have millions, but they're not at all slutty. That's my little joke.

Have a gorgeous prim and proper navy one from top shop. tiny tiny white polkas and a bit of a ruffle.

I can wear a ruffle up front because I have nothing up front.

Hmm, I have a top I always throw on with jeans, add flip flops for casual, or heels for a night out, but it's a halter neck so no bra.

If you want to see it that badly I shall have to take a picture

hmm I have a top from bon prix of all places that I wheel out. Was vaary cheap and has lasted really well. In fact, I'm annoyed I didn't buy 2 or 3.

Have vast gut at the moment. Bought this from LK Bennett from work (I think v expensive for what it is but was desperate for work clothes and I HATE viscose but ditto the desperation) and it is VERY good at hiding vast gut but does show off boobs quite a lot. It's smarter than it looks.

I'm still searching.

I bought this in pinks and yellows and black. It's trendier than it looks, esp with skinny jeans and cinched in at the waist with a wide belt.

Professor, I only wish they had it in a blue. I got the grey (which is fine for work).

Do you like ruffles?

Report
foxinsocks · 24/05/2008 19:42

no, it looks clingy but isn't for some reason . Sort of hangs over gut iyswim (while gut rolls nicely underneath). My boobs kind of pull it up iyswim.

Bon prix is v good for cheapy summer tops and if you can trawl through all the shit, there are some odd gems on there (got some good gym stuff).

I have a Coast top that is black satin, round neck, capped sleeves with folds round the neck line, fitted/tailored - looks fab with jeans but was from last year.

Have a couple of Ted Baker tops from last year that I'm still wearing.

Got a white shirt that is a bit of an unusual cut from Full Circle.

Got a linen strappy top from Gap - similarish style to the boden one but thinner straps (cans still wear bra) - silvery grey colour

I have loads of going out tops actually. Still need more. God I love shopping...

I have fabby black v neck longish t-shirt that can be dressed up with necklace or belt or both.
Cost me a lot for a t-shirt but I wear it loads so worth it

Ooh forgot this fitted shirt in emerald green from armani exchange - it's the grosgrain one but it looks total crap on the model there. On me it is very tight fitting and looks brilliant.
