Gap have just been SO fab!

I bought some trousers back in January & never wore them, couldn't make up my mind whether to keep them or not. Finally decided I didn't want them (4 months later!) & took them to the shop. I had the receipt but obviously it was 3 months over the return period & they couldn't do anything but said to try customer services. I just rang them & they were busy so I left my number. They rang back within 5 minutes & said that I could return the trousers to a freepost address & they would send me vouchers. How amazing is that?! I am very impressed. Thought they'd tell me to get stuffed, frankly.
