This should be easy to find but is surprisingly hard! A white vest top to go under dresses etc

It needs to be tight fitting as it is to go other things and I've got quite enough lard lumps and bumps of my own without clothes making them. It also needs NOT to have the sort of elastic round the neckline that goes grey after lots of washes. Can anyone tell me where I would find such a thing?!

M&S
Thin strappy straps and the option of a v or round neck, depending on which way around you wear it.
I have many - I am incapable of owning a white top that isn't see through, they are marv.

Tried M & S but they were the sort of thick t-shirt material that's bulky or the ones in the lingerie department had the dreaded greying elastic! I will try principles

I'd try M and S. I got a great one last Summer to prevent inappropriate nork exposure under dresses and tops and it is still like new. Only about a fiver too

I haven't found the elastic to go grey - even on the pink one.

I have these (M&S again) in several colours. They are fantastic and the slight v neck is flattering. The white one is still white (even with my rubbish chuck-it-all-in-at-40 washing habits).

I am now modelling one from GAP. It is a tight fit and has in-built support, so no need of bra (well, if you are small to medium upstairs like me, that is). GAP does lots of camis.

I did wonder about kew. The m and s lingerie ones are what I have with greying elastic! I'm ordering the camisole ones people linked too and ordering dh a new work shirt at the same time to get free postage! Hurrah. Thank you and I will hunt you down like dogs report back if the elastic goes grey
