I really have aged the last five years or so (mid/late 40s)
I've been through utter shit the last few years, and it shows. I used to be, well not stunning, but pretty. Now my face looks saggy and tired, constantly. Volume in my cheeks has gone, lines, hollowed eyes. Beyond the help of make up. In reality I need a facelift (honestly, I'm not just saying that; I'm a teacher and students have actually said to me 'have you seen that 'how to look 10 years younger' programme?, you should go on that'!! little fuckers darlings).
I look depressed, tired, unhappy, constantly; and I feel it. It is affecting my mental health in some ways because I've been through a lot of crap (abusive relationship, deaths in the family, homelessness) .. trying to restart my life, my daughter is off to uni soon and I have a chance to now thrive but my uncomfortableness with my appearance is holding me back, honestly. I hide from cameras if I go out, can't date, scared to go to interviews.
I am not well off, so totally can't afford a facelift, what low cost alternatives are there?
have looked at face gym sites, cleo exercisers (bit out if my price range) and considering fillers.... all a but bewildering... recommendations, anyone?
