Fat woman in bikini

I think Im going to get one.

Years ago, I went on holiday by myself to Corfu. I was slim but didn't think it. Anyway, the beach was full of German women, big women. All in bikinis.

Did they care that they had belly fat? Did they care their boobs were skimming their knees? Did they fuck?

Did they have fun? Oh yes.

Did I have fun in my sports cut one piece? Nope.

So I plan to be a German woman this summer. Yes I'm fat (size 16) but I plan to wear a two piece.

Anyone have any ideas? I've seen a big knicker one in Next.

M&S with roll top bottoms ,also good mix and match. Where i go loads of.Germans and the ones standing out are those in tankinis and costumes!

Why do you need to wear a bikini to have fun?

Good for you for finding your self confidence. Personally I don't like bikini's for many reasons- mainly they're not practical rather than anything to do with being fat.

But wearing a one piece doesn't make me boring :).

Good for you! (Size 16 isn't fat, IMO)
Reckon 50's style, polka dots & halter neck top would look good. But then, ceasing to give a fuck improves any outfit!

Hooray. No one cares abroad.

Ok, so I won't actually be abroad abroad. I'll be in Clare, Ireland.

I don't need a bikini to have fun. But it would be fun to wear one. If the weather allows.

O.P. Size 16 isn't fat. Me thinks you're on here fishing for compliaments. Grow up please. Small wonder young girls turn anorexic when we have alledged adults with healthy womenly figures refering to themselves as fat. X

If I was a size 16 I would definitely be fat, you don't know the OP's height and build so you cannot say a size 16 is not fat.

That's me! I used to think I was fat as a size 8/10..... Now I am a 14 and have 'love handles' and a few rolls and a tum. Am thinking bikini for when we are in Florida as it will be so hot.

I was a size 16 and weighed 13.5st. I was most definitely fat.

But I still wore a bikini! Do it!

How can you know if size 16 is fat when the OP hasn't told us how tall she is.

I'm a 16 and 5ft which puts me well into the obese category, I like halter neck and high cut legs btw love topping up my tan!

Enjoy your holiday

I admire fat women in bikinis that don't give a shit.

I'm a 16 and just spent a week in the sun, in bikinis and not a shit did I give.

No big knickers/tankini/tummy control for me. Nobody ran shrieking, small children didn't cower.

Just pick one you like

I'm a size 16 and hugely overweight. Not just a bit chubby, I honestly am stones and stones overweight.

I prefer one pieces and always have, but other women who are bigger than you wear bikinis op and if you want to venture forth into bikini-wearing then good luck to you.

You certainly can say what you want. Several times apparently.

OP that's great. As a fellow slightly fat size 16 I just wouldn't so I applaud you. There are some great looking high waisted/fifties style bikinis around that look awesome on bigger women.
