Just read this tip on another thread but it deserves it's very own threadGrin

Google Wayne Goss make up artist, he's my new crush and tells you to moisturise, prime, powder THEN foundation!Shock

Just tried it and it works a treat , didn't even need concealer! Makes perfect sense as it fills pores and I'd a key for the foundation!

You can use mineral foundation too and then liquid foundation.

He also does a video about a tip for eye liner that's worth watching.

I've just been flicking through his videos "ooh that looks good, oh let's watch this one" Grin
The cats eye tip is great, I have a bent eyeliner brush and can just lie it on the lash line now

I'm stunned it works, but it just does. I've just been for a walk and it still looks perfect and not at all shiny.

What's the eye liner trick? The one I saw he put liner onto an eye lash curler then as you squeezed it was left on the lid-geniusGrin

I watched the video earlier this week but can't quite bring myself to do it as powder feels so suffocating to my skin without foundation.

It is intriguing though (although I thought that about the conditioner before shampoo thing and that did not work for me at all)

Your GM was years ahead of herself!Smile

Not sticky at all, it just glides on. Looks tons better than doing it the traditional way.

Thank you!! Think I found it.
Off to look at powder foundations. Think lily lolo does reasonably priced ones?
Love his tip of matching colour to chest- I'd never thought of that!

Also, anyone seen his tip about red dye in the tan?!

Quite interesting. Didn't need to describe his obsession with makeup as 'special needs' though. Hmm

Nells Boots Natural Collection or Collection 2000 for loose powder.

I like the Body Shop's mineral powder foundation.
